The Potential Tenderer should have
i) Valid Registration with CPTU, Bangladesh
ii) Valid Trade License (FY 2017-18)
iii) Valid e-TIN Certificate & VAT Registration Certificate
iv) Income Tax clearance Certificate (FY 2016-17) (Assessment year 2017-18)
v) General experience of Lift supply and installation Work for minimum10 (ten) Years
vi) Specific experience for successful completion of Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Lift in High rise building of value Tk 225.00 Lac in a single agreement within last five years. The experience certificate obtained may be from any Government/ semi government/Non government organization,/Private Organization and that must be authenticated by Executive Engineer of PWD of concerned jurisdiction
vii) Valid Evidence of Liquid Asset of Tk.230.00 Lac.
viii) Valid A,B,C License and Electrical Supervisory license (FY 2017-18)
ix) valid document for Sole Agency ship of proposed brand of Lift within Bangladesh
