01. Valid Trade License.
02. Update TAX Clearance Certificate.
03. TIN & VAT Certificate.
04. Similar type experience must be needed (Supply of Desktop/Laptop/IT Related Goods will be Considered as similar natures goods) of minimum Tk in lakh 7.00 [Seven Lakh] under maximum 1 [One] contracts successfully completed at Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous institution within last 03 [three] years. A successful completion from the relevant procuring entity, demonstrting experience in supplying similar goods and related services, will be accepted as evidence of such experience.
05. General Experience must be needed of minimum 05 [five] years.
06. Credit Commitment of Line of Credit needed Tk in lakh 7.00 [Seven Lakh] from date of tender publication. The Supplier must be submitted credit commitment, the commitment without any alteration or correction or modification of the form of “e-PG2-6”.
07. A properly filled technical specifications and compliance sheet for the offered machine must be supplied with the offer as part of the tender. (Attached with Tenderer/Bidder Official PAD.
