The folowing documents must be submitted along with the submitted documents. Otherwise, the tender wil be considered as canceled.
(1) Updated Income Tax Payment Certificate (2) VAT Registration Certificate (3) Valid Trade License of the company (4) Financial Solvency Certificate (5) National ID card with 01 copy of recent passport size photo (6) Ownership Certificate (7) Declaration/Agreement signed by a Gazetted Officer to the effect that the bidder is not blacklisted (8) Similar work experience certificate.
Transportation of goods carrying (Ration Items-Rice, Suger, Wheat etc) Including coolie(Loading/Unloading) for Fy 2026-2027 2nd Quarter (October/2026 To December/2026) at District Police Ration Store, Bogura.
1) Transportation of goods carrying (Ration Items- Rice, Sugar, Wheat etc.) including Coolie (Loading/Unloading).
2) As per the general and special terms and conditions of the contract, transportation work including coolie expenses (loading-unloading) will have to be done. As per the work order, the required Wheat & Rice will have to be transported from the government food warehouse (LSD Bogura Sadar) and the required Sugar will have to be transported from Natore sugar mills, Natore to Bogura District Police Ration Store at their own expense and warehoused . The Wheat will also be transported from Borura District Police Ration Store to the designated mill. If the transportation work including coolie is not done properly, legal action will be taken including confiscation of the deposit.
