1. The Tenderers must have minimum 5(Five) years of general experience will be charged accordingly of construction works. 2. The minimum specific experience of construction works of building including civil, internal sanitary and electrification works successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years with a value of at least Tk. 7.00 (Seven) Lac in single contract under Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh, years counting backward form the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. 3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 7.00 (Seven) Lac in the last 5 (Five) years. Payment certificates for contract in progress or completed under public sector during last 5 (five) years must be submitted along with the tender in support of average annual construction turnover. 4. The Tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets/ working capital/credit facilities (in the PW2a form without any alteration) Tk. 7.00 (Seven). 5. The Tenderer must enclose VAT certificate, up-to-date Income Tax clearence certificate with tax reuturn slip, up-to-date Trade license and up-to-date ABC, Combined/1st class License. 6. Completion certificate of similar nature of work (As Specific experience) shall be submitted in the prescribed format as per STD of BPPA .All other conditions as mentioned in TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
