The Tenderer shall have proven and relevant experience in providing rental/transportation services of Double Cabin Pick-up Vehicles or similar utility vehicles to Government, Semi-Government, Autonomous Bodies, Local Government Institutions, NGOs, corporate organizations or reputed private entities. The Tenderer shall possess adequate technical, financial, managerial and operational capacity to ensure uninterrupted service throughout the contract period.

The Tenderer shall have sufficient access to the required number of suitable Double Cabin Pick-up Vehicles, which shall be roadworthy, properly registered, insured, fit for operation and compliant with all applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. All vehicles shall be maintained in good mechanical condition and shall meet the technical specifications and other requirements stated in the Tender Document.

The Tenderer shall have adequate arrangements for regular servicing, preventive maintenance, repairs and emergency breakdown support. In case of breakdown, accident or maintenance, a suitable replacement vehicle shall be provided promptly to ensure continuity of QRT operations without unnecessary interruption.

All vehicles and drivers shall comply with applicable registration, fitness, insurance, tax, licensing, road safety and other statutory requirements. The Tenderer shall maintain proper records of vehicle deployment, drivers, maintenance, repairs and other relevant operational information and submit such records to DNCC when required.

Overall, the Tenderer must demonstrate adequate **experience, vehicle resources, qualified manpower, financial capacity, maintenance facilities, backup arrangements and logistical capability** to provide safe, reliable, timely and uninterrupted Double Cabin Pick-up Vehicle rental services for QRT operations under the Waste Management Department of DNCC throughout the contract period.

The rental service shall be provided in accordance with the instructions and operational requirements of Dhaka North City Corporation (DNCC). The selected Tenderer shall ensure uninterrupted availability and deployment of the required Double Cabin Pick-up Vehicles throughout the contract period, including regular and emergency operations of the Quick Response Team (QRT).

All vehicles shall be properly registered, roadworthy, insured, mechanically sound and compliant with applicable laws, rules and regulations of Bangladesh. The vehicles shall be provided with valid registration, fitness certificate, tax token, insurance and other legally required documents.

The Tenderer shall be responsible for providing qualified and appropriately licensed drivers, as well as all necessary maintenance, servicing, repairs and replacement of vehicles in case of breakdown or unavailability. Any vehicle found unsuitable or unavailable for operational purposes shall be replaced immediately with an equivalent or better vehicle at no additional cost to DNCC.

The vehicles may be required to operate on a 24-hour/on-call basis, including weekends and public holidays, depending on the operational requirements of the QRT. The Procuring Entity shall have the right to determine the deployment schedule, location and operational use of the vehicles.

The Tenderer shall maintain proper records of vehicle deployment, driver attendance, mileage, maintenance and other relevant operational information and shall submit such records to the authorized representative of DNCC whenever required.

All costs associated with the provision of the rental service shall be borne by the Tenderer as specified in the Contract, and the service shall be delivered strictly in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, Technical Specifications, Schedule of Requirements and other provisions of the Tender Document.
