The bidder must submit the following documents:

1. Up to date Trade Licence of relevant work.

2. VAT/BIN Registration.

3. Up to date TAX Certificate/eReturn Acknowledgement.

4. NID Card.

Seed transportation service from SPC, BADC, Bogura to various destinations in Bangladesh.

The bidder must submit the following documents:

1. minimum 3 years carring experience certificate of Seed/Food/Agricultural products.

2. Specific Experience as a service provider in contracting of a nature similar to the proposed service of at least 2 contructs completed over a period of last 2 years with a value of at least BDT tk 30 lakh shall be required.

3. minimum  Licuid assets or Financial resource At least 25% of the quoted rate documents not less than 12 Lakh.

4. minimum Average Annual turnover certificate tk 25 Lakh under last 3 years.

5. minimum 3 Own or Leased vehicle document (Truck/Covered Van), every vehicle capacity minimum 15 ton.

6. Personnel Capacity: Minimum 1 assigned supervisor (educational qualification SSC/Equivalent) & 2 service provider/employe (educational qualification JSC/Equivalent) with minimum 3 years experience documents (including Appoinment, NID card & mobile number).

7. All other requirement must fill up As per TDS.

1. In particular routes if any Quoted rate is illogical, impractical, dissimilarities wich will be rejected by TEC.

2. The work order will be issued to the successful bidder after the approval  from the headquarters.

3. The contractor shall be bound to transport the seeds along the designated routes in accordance with the schedule issued by the headquarters.

4. The contractor shall be obliged to transport any quantity of seeds along any route. No excuses will be accepted in this regard.

5. Trucks must be provided within two hours of a request made in writing, verbally, or via telephone. Failure to provide trucks on time will result in the deduction of a late penalty for every hour of delay, at the rates specified in the contract and TDS provisions.

6. The unit rate must be submitted inclusive of loading and unloading charges, No additional payment will be made for loading and unloading charges.

7. The bill will be paid upon receipt of the invoice acknowledgment. No advance payment will be made.

8. All other requirement must fill up As per TDS.
