Tenderer's must be submitted following Documents:

1.Valid Similar Experience.[Copy of work Order & completion Certificate must be submitted in support of fulfilling the requirement,If any Tenderer's Didn't Sumbit those paper's,PE can be Disqualify]
2. Valid General Experience.
3. Liquid Asset.(Credit facility of the tenderer shall be acceptable in the form of e-PG2 mentioning the name of the work. Bank Statement will not be allowed as liquid asset.)
4. Manpower List (Those who will be named as Project Manager and Site Engineer will have to attach copies of educational qualifications, NID copies, experience certificates as proofs. If any tenderer fails to attach the proofs, then it will be considered as non-responsive)
5. Equipment List (The contractor must provide a certificate with a seal and signature, mentioning the list of all equipment at his own firm)
6. Audit Report.

7.First Business Trade Licence..

8.TIN & Vat Registration certificate.
9. Income Tax Clearance Certificate.
8)The bidder with the extra lowest bid will be deemed non-responsive
9)If any tenderer submitted 15% or above persent less than official estimated rate,they should be submitted rate analysis as per current market price.(If any tenderer didn't submit rate analysis,She/He should be treated as non responsive)

10.Sample product approval must be ensured. If any confusion arise PE's decision will be final.

11. For ensuring quality and completion the supplying goods within due time a responsive tenderer will be awarded for only three (03) contract in all furniture notice. If there is no other responsive alternative tenderer then a tenderer may be awarded for more than three (03) contract.
 

If a tenderer fails to submit any of the above information, he/she will be considered as non-responsive.
