One copy of recent passport size color photograph. 9. Line of credit (LOR) of Tk 5 (five) lakh. 10. Bank statment of last 3 months with consecutive transaction and the total transaction should not be less than Tk 5 (five) lakh. 11. General experience of 3 years in supply of goods and related services and specific experience should not be less than Tk 6 (six) lakh in supply of similar goods in last 3 year. 12. The winning tenderer must supply high quality Polao Rice as specified in PCC clause 31. 13. Tender security as per TDS.
14. Tenderer must submit 1 kg Polao Rice on opening date befor opening time (Without any Broken With Chinigura Flavour). 15. The tender will be evaluated as per submitted documents. If any dissimilarity found in documents submitted by tenderers at any stage of evaluation process, the tenderers will be considered non-Responsive. 16. If a quoted price is submitted at a rate excessively lower than the official estimated cost and appears to the TEC to be unrealistic and submitted with ulterior motives, it will be considered as an attempt to influence the tender evaluation process according to rule 42(2) PPR 2025.
