Eligibility of Tenderer :	This Tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below : (a) General experience: Reputed contractors/Bona fide firms who have a minimum of 05 (Five) years of general experience. (b) Specific experience:Having experience in successfully supplying similar nature Goods amounting to a minimum of Tk. 8.50 lakh under a single contract to Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Bodies during the last 05 (Five) years. c) The Tenderer must possess (i) an Up-to-date valid Trade License. (ii) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance Certificate from NBR. (iii) Valid VAT registration Certificate. (iv) Up-to-date valid ABC Electrical Contractor & Supervisory License from Electrical Licensing Board. (v) The contract agreement signed with the awarded tenderer will be a "Framework agreement" . d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 12.00 Lacs. All other required qualifications, special terms & conditions of the tender are shown in the ITT, GCC & Tender Data Sheet (TDS) & Tender documents.
