Certificate containing multiple tender ID will not be accepted. Bank solvency/Statement certificate will be not allowed as liquid asset. 5. Citizenship certificate & national identity card copy. 6. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 1 contracts successfully completed (Completation Certificate) within the last 5 years each with a value of at least Tk.4000000.00 7. Tenderer must submit a sample of 1 kg high quality lentils before the tender opening. N:B: If any mistake/omission occurs in this tender will be corrected /included and its amendment and no claim in this regards will be entertained
