The folowing documents must be submitted along with the submitted documents. Otherwise, the tender wil be considered as canceled. (1) Updated Income Tax Payment Certificate (2) VAT Registration Certificate (3) Valid Trade License of the company (4) Financial Solvency Certificate (5) National ID card with 01 copy of recent passport size photo (6) Ownership Certificate (7) Declaration/Agreement signed by a Gazetted Officer to the effect that the bidder is not blacklisted (8) Renewed Agricultural Marketing License and relevant work experience certificate.
(9) Sample of Lentil pulses (MUSUR DAL) must be submitted to Police Ration Store, Rangpur before the opening of the tender.
1) High quality packaged Lentils (MUSUR DAL) 2) The color and quality of lentils (MUSUR DAL) should be appropriate as per the instructions of Police Headquarters (There should be 600 grains per 10grams of lentils and the color of the lentils should be yelow to red-orange). If the random sample of lentils submitted with the tender is colected and sent to an accredited laboratory for testing, al expenses in this regard wil be borne by the tenderer. The lentils supplied by the committee wil be accepted on the basis of the test report. 3) According to the instructions of the Police Headquarters, Lentil pulses (MUSUR DAL) should be packaged and supplied in high-quality transparent polybags of 3.5 kg, 4 kg and 5.5 kg, and the weight of the product, date of production and expiry date should be clearly mentioned on the package. 4) As a general and special condition of the contract, lentils wil be supplied as per the sample kept at Rangpur Police Ration Store. As per the work order, the required lentils wil be transported to Rangpur Police Ration Store at their own expense and warehoused. The net quantity of lentils wil be weighed and delivered without weighing the item. If lentils cannot be supplied as per the sample, legal action wil be taken including confiscation. 5) Sample of Lentil pulses (MUSUR DAL) must be submitted to Police Ration Store, Rangpur before the opening of the tender.
