Eligibility of Consultant :	1. Up-to-date valid trade license, TIN and VAT registration certificate. 2. Up-to-Date Income Tax certificate. 3. Up-to-date Bank Solvency certificate/liquid asset information original copy. 4. All documents and papers relating to the vehicle supplied shall be valid and up to date. 5. Detailed Terms and Conditions are given in the TDS & PCC section.
Brief Description of assignment :	Supply of rent 2(two) Microbus (8 seats including driver) and related services monthly basis for 1(one) year (01-10-2026 to 30-09-2027) for BMD Dhaka office.
Experience, Resources and delivery capacity required :	The service provider shall have at least 5 (five) years of general experience and 3(three) years of specific experience in providing vehicles to government organizations.The driver shall have at least 5 (five) years of driving experience and shall submit a valid driving licence. Microbus service shall not be provided using a microbus owned by any other individual or organization.
Other details (if applicable) :	Vehicle Specifications: 1. Vehicle Model Year: 2019 or later. 2. Vehicle Type: Microbus. 3. Seating Capacity: 8 seats, including the driver. 5. Color: Pearl/White/Silver shall be preferred. 6. Condition: The vehicle shall be clean, mechanically sound, and in good condition. 7. Air Conditioning: The vehicle shall be equipped with a functional dual air-conditioning (AC) system. 8. Travel: The vehicle shall be ready and available for travel to any location within Bangladesh. 9. Fuel Cost: The daily fuel cost shall be borne by the service provider. 10. Toll/Parking Charges: All toll and parking charges shall be borne by the service provider. 11. The service provider shall be responsible for the all expenses of proposed microbuses. The Tenderer shall submit the price for 1(one) year on monthly basis. Details of Use: 1. Each vehicle shall travel 2,400 km per month. Accordingly, two vehicles shall travel a total of 4,800 km per month. 2. Both vehicles shall be available for use seven (7) days a week. 3. Each microbus shall be used for an average of 12 hours per day, amounting to a maximum of 12 × 30 = 360 (three hundred sixty) hours per month. If, on any day, the vehicle is used for more than 12 hours and the total monthly usage exceeds the prescribed 360 hours, the excess hours shall be adjusted against the unused hours of the preceding and/or subsequent months so that the total usage remains within the prescribed 360 (three hundred sixty) hours.
