Eligibility of Tenderer :	a. The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be Ten (10) years. b. 1. Bidder must have minimum One (01) completed specific experience in supply of Toner Cartridge and Ribbon value at least Taka Fifteen Lakh (15,00,000) in any Govt./Sami Govt./ Autonomous organization within last One (01) year. 2. Bidder must have experience in supply of Toner Cartridge and Ribbon at least One (01) completed work in any Govt. organization within last Two (02) years c. The Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents: Bidder up to date-Trade License, BIN Certificate with Up to date BIN Clearance Certificate, e-TIN Certificate and last income tax certificate of the last assessment year. BCS Membership Certificate. Physical Acceptance Committee of SWC will verify product authenticity and genuine product’s purchase invoice/ challan. Any supply of counterfeit or duplicate products, the security money will be forfeited. Joint venture is not allowed. In Technical specification area no comply or any others ambiguity terms are not allowed. Bidder must declare One (01) year of warranty.
