1. The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be Three (3) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.

2. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least ONE (1) contract successfully completed within the last Five (5) years, each with a value of at least 20.00 (Twenty) Lakh. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.

3. Tenderer should submit Liquid Asset of minimum 14.00 (Fourteen) Lakh as Letter of Commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for Line of Credit in the prescribed form (Form e-PG2-7) published by BPPA.

4.The minimum supply and/or produtction capacity of Goods is/ are: 240 Metric Ton per year.

5. The Bidder should have valid Trade License, Current Bank Solvency Certificate, Income Tax Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate. Bidder should not be blacklisted by any Government organization in Bangladesh.
