This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below: a) The intending tenderers must enclose attested copy of 1. VAT Registration certificate, 2. Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate, 3. Up-to-date Trade License and PWD enlistment book all pages. b) Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 50.00 Lac under 1 (one) number of contract(s) over a period of last 5 (five) years shall be required. c) The minimum amount of liquid asset or works capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be of Tk 50.00 Lac. Tenderers must be declared a statement over through bank for the execution of that particular work as per standard tender document (e-PW2A-8). Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender (Original Copy) to be submitted along with the tender. d) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 55.00 lac over the last 5 (five) years. e) The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk 55.00 Lac.
