6. Bank Solvency Certificate must be provided by mentioning the original bank statement mentioned in this regard.
7. Last 06 (Six) Month Bank Statement Original Scan Copy.
8. Manufacturer's Authorization Letter.
9. Updated 01 (One) year DVC Audit report (2025-26)
10. Online VAT Return certificate submitted for last 3 (three) months.
11. Income Tax Certificate with assessment certified copy for the FY- (2024-2025).

13. Updated affidavit of ownership notary public 300-taka non-judicial stamp 1st Class Magistrate. (Not signed before 01.07.2026)
14. Updated Chamber of Commerce Certificate (with money deposit receipt)

16. The tenderer shall be submitting a update declaration stating that he is not disqualified by any law and is not blacklisted in any organization with notary public 300-taka non-judicial stamp 1st Class Magistrate. (Not signed before 01.07.2026)
17. Submission of last five years Not Black list Litigation History counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper through by notary public on non-judicial stamp of Tk. 300/- [PPR-2025, Rule_65(2/gha)]
18. All papers submitted with tender proposal must be updated & must be clean scanned copy. Otherwise, the tenderer will be considered cancelled.
19. The Procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever.
20. The Evaluation Committee reserves the right to reject and declare any tender proposal invalid without assigning any reason. The Evaluation Committee is not bound to accept the lowest bid. In case of rejection of the tender proposal by the Evaluation Committee, a declaration letter shall be filed with the Company Pad stating that no bidder will be allowed to ask any questions.
21. If TEC want to examine all original Papers, Tenderer is bound to submit (GD Copy or photo copy not acceptable) and (Returnable). Otherwise, Tender will be rejected and tenderer or company will be directly Black-Listed by the authority without any notice. Provide that Acknowledgment on Company Letter Head Pad.
Note:
1. The PE may take appropriate legal action against any Person who violates the Rules of PPA-2006 and PPR-2025, files any Complaint, Disturbs the Public interest, or obstructs the Procurement through False information. PE may declare the Bidder Non-Responsive in Public interest.
2. PE may increase or decrease any item or Qty.
3. Abnormal rates are not acceptable. According to the PPA-2006 & PPR-2025, If the tendered will be considered non-responsive.
4. The Procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason whatever.
5. Submitted documents will be checked online or by direct mailing with authority. In case of submission of any fraudulent documents, Tender will be rejected and tenderer or company will be directly blacklisted by the authority without any notice.
