• The Tenderer shall be legally eligible for public procurement and possess valid Trade Licence, TIN, Income Tax Return Submission Certificate, and BIN/VAT Registration. 
• The Tenderer shall have lawful ownership, lease, or authorization for the proposed vehicles, with valid registration, fitness, tax token, insurance, and other required documents, and shall provide qualified licensed drivers.
• The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer /Service Provider in contracting as Prime Contractor/Sub Contractor/Management Contractor in any government/semi government/ autonomous organization shall be 5 years.
• The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in providing non-Consultant Service (Transport Hiring Service) of at least ONE contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/technology completed  in any government/semi government/ autonomous organization over a period of five (5) years each with a value of at least Tk 10.00 (ten) lakh shall be required.
• The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least of the amount of Tk. 7.00 (seven) lakh over the last three years.
• The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be BDT 8 (eight) lakh.

Hiring of Sedan Car with Transport Services for JKKNIU

The Service Provider shall have experience in providing vehicle rental and transportation services to government, semi-government, autonomous organizations and shall possess or have lawful access to the required microbuses and sedan cars with valid registration, fitness certificates, tax tokens, insurance, and other applicable documents. The Service Provider shall provide qualified drivers with valid driving licences and shall have adequate financial, managerial, maintenance, and logistical resources to ensure uninterrupted service, including immediate replacement of any vehicle in case of breakdown, accident, or emergency throughout the contract period.
