Procurement of AI-Based Voice Tracking Camera Solution for the TCB Conference Room, including the supply, installation, configuration, testing, commissioning, integration with the existing audio-visual system, user training, and warranty support. The solution shall comprise an AI-enabled camera with automatic voice/speaker tracking, auto-framing, high-definition video output, compatible microphone array, required accessories, mounting hardware, cables, software/licenses (if applicable), and all ancillary works necessary for complete and satisfactory operation.
