Eligibility of Tenderer :	• Must have Valid work license as a civil construction contractor at any Government, Semi government or Autonomous organizations. • The required audit reports on the financial standing, such as profit and loss statements and balance sheet shall be for the past [01] year. • The minimum specific experience in civil construction works of at least 1(one) contract of similar nature of works successfully completed within the last five (5) years with a value of at least Tk. 17.00 (Seventeen) lakh of any Government, Semi government or Autonomous organizations. • The required annual civil construction turnover is average of the best three (3) years among the last five (5) years with a value of Tk. 24.00 (Twenty Four) lakh. • The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or unconditional credit line of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 20.00 (Twenty) lakh. • The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 20.00 (Twenty) lakh.
