The satisfactory completion Supply experience of similar goods such as Vibratory Plate Compactor/Compaction Rammer, Concrete Vibratory Screed, Tamping Rammer/Soil Compactor of minimum BDT 46,500,000.00 (Four Crore Sixty Five Lacs) taka under maximum 01 (One) contract in the last 5 (Five) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.- Authenticated by “Acceptance Certificate(s)/Completion Certificate(s)” issued by the relevant Procuring Entity(s) shall be furnished in accordance with the following information clearly:

a) Name of Supply.

b) Name of Supplier Date of Signing the Contract Agreement.

c) Time for Completion of the Supply as per Contract Agreement.

d) Actual Value of the Goods as per Contract Agreement.

e) Actual Value of the Goods after Delivery.

f) Date of Actual Delivery of the Goods:-Authenticated by “Acceptance Certificate(s)/Completion Certificate(s)” clearly mentioning quantity of similar Supplied items (Tamping Rammer / Jumping Jack Compactor, Plate Compactor, Reversible Plate Compactor, Vibratory Soil Compactor, Single Drum Vibratory Roller, Double Drum Vibratory Roller, Pneumatic Tyre Roller, Sheepsfoot Roller, Trench Compactor, Concrete Vibrator / Needle Vibrator, Concrete Vibrating Screed, Power Screed, Laser Screed) issued by Government Procuring Entity(s) within the same year shall be considered as Supplier.

The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. bank balance or working capital or credit facilities or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be BDT 7,68,00,000.00 (Seven Crore Sixty Eight) lac taka. Supporting necessary documents required are as follows:ITT Clause Bank balance: authenticated by day end closing bank statement, from any scheduled bank; or Working capital: authenticated by recent past Audit Reports; or Credit facilities: authenticated by credit sanctioned letter and bank statement of the credit account; or Credit line: authenticated by any scheduled bank shal be furnished in accordance with the format as specified (Form e-PG3-8; "Sample Format_ Line of Credit" can be downloaded from "Section 6" of the Tender Document), without alteration.
Note: Bank statement, statement of Credit Account and Line of Credit issued not earlier than 28 (Twenty Eight) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tenders for this Contract.
