The Tenderer shall have a) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 03 years. (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT). b) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of servicing, repair and maintenance of air-coolers at least 01 contract successfully completed within the last 05 years with a value of at least TK. 3 Lac only. (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT). c) The minimum supply and/or production capacity of Goods is/ are: twice to the proposed supply requirement. d) The minimum amount of financial resources as specific credit commitment of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 2.50 Lac only in prescribed form of STD from any scheduled bank. e) Up to date Valid Trade License. (FY 25-26) f) Valid VAT Certificate/ BIN certificate. g) Up to date Valid ABC class Electrical contractor and Supervisory License from Electrical Licensing Board, Bangladesh; h) Up to date valid income tax clearance certificate from NBR.
i) Tenderer shall have Authorization to maintenance the Air Coolers from the respective Brand. 2. All other required qualifications, special terms & conditions of the tender are shown in the ITT, GCC & Tender Data Sheet (TDS), Tender Documents and upload sections (Section-6). 3. If any condition is not fulfilled and documents are not submitted along with the tender, the tenderer will be non-responsive.
