Invitation of Tenders from Transport Contractors for Seed (Aush, Aman, Boro, Paddy Seed and Wheat Seed) Transportation during the 2026-2027 Financial Year from BADC Meherpur Seed Processing Center to Various Zones / Transit Godowns /all over in Bangladesh under Seed Processing Center (BADC), Meherpur.

1. General Experience : The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be: minimum of three (3) years .

2. The minimum specific experience: Must have at least 03 (three) years of practical experience in transporting seeds/food grains in Government/semi-government/autonomous organizations, with experience of completing relevant work worth at least BDT 1,20,00,000 (One Crore Twenty Lakh Taka) within the last 3 (three) years. and must have experience completing/ transporting seeds/food grains worth at least BDT 50,00,000 (Fifty Lakh Taka) under a single work order/contract.

3. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be BDT 1,20,00,000 (One Crore Twenty Lakh Taka)

1. Updated Trade License.
2. VAT / BIN Certificate.
3. Updated Tax Certificate (2025–26).
4. Bank Liquid Money: Must have a minimum bank balance of BDT 1,20,00,000 (One Crore Twenty Lakh Taka) as per the updated bank statement/bank guarantee.
5. Tender Security must be BDT 3,85,000 (Three Lakh Eighty Five Thousand) Taka.
6. Must have at least 03 (three) years of practical experience in transporting seeds/food grains in government/semi-government/autonomous organizations, with experience of completing relevant work worth at least BDT 1,20,00,000 (One Crore Twenty Lakh Taka) within the last 3
(three) years. Additionally, must have experience completing work worth at least BDT 50,00,000 (Fifty Lakh Taka) under a single work order/contract.
7. A certificate from the Assistant Commissioner (Land), an affidavit from a Notary Public, or a certificate from a scheduled bank testifying that the bidder possesses moveable/immoveable assets equal to at least 25% of the total quoted tender value.
8. Financial Audit Report: Updated audit reports for last 03 (three) years 2023–24, 2024–25 and 2025-26) must be submitted with the tender.
9. The transport company/contractor must own at least 15 trucks, each with a carrying capacity of 10–20 metric tons, and attach valid registration documents. Authorization/delegated arrangements will not be accepted.
10. Must possess a valid, updated license for seed/food grain transportation during the
audit/tender evaluation period. Authorization letters or temporary licenses will not be
acceptable.
11. The bidder shall be bound to transport seeds on all quoted routes. The quantity of
seeds to be transported may increase or decrease; no objections or excuses in this regard
will be accepted.
