1)The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer as a Service Providing Contractor shall be 03 (three) years. 2) The minimum specific experience as a Service Providing Contractor in supply of manpower under public sector of at least 01 (one) contract of similar nature completed within the last 05 (Five) years with a value of at least Tk. 12.00 (twelve) Lac. 3)The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk.11.00.00 (eleven) lac over the last 05(five) financial years. 4)The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment of the Tenderers shall be Tk.8.00 (twenty oner) Lac. 5)The tenderers must possess up-to-date trade, VAT registration, TAX certificate and Licence from Department of Inspection for Factories and Establishments.

CRITICAL EVALUATION NOTE: The monthly wages and festival bonusesfor the manpower are fixed by the Government and mapped as nonnegotiable in the e-GP BoQ. Tenderers shall only compete on the Service Charge/Commission. As per the MoF Administrative Approval, the tenderer must quote a minimum Service Commission of 5%. Any tender quoting below 5% will be deemed non-responsive.
