Eligibility of Consultant :	As Per TDS Clause No.- 21.1 (i)
Brief Description of assignment :	Appointment of loading contractor for loading work of approximately 5,00,000.00 MT (more/less) of bagged Urea, TSP and DAP fertilizer into trucks/Barge or similar transport for 02 (two) years from Ghorashal Palash Fertilizer PLC's main bagged warehouse, other warehouses and various open places inside the factory.
Experience, Resources and delivery capacity required :	Work Experience Certificate: The Bidder should have experience to perform in loading job (bagged fertilizer/ bagged rice/ bagged sugar/bagged wheat/bagged dal) at any government /semi government/Corporation/Autonomous body of Bangladesh. They are eligible who successfully completed loading job of minimum 1,00,000 (One Lac) M.T. bagged fertilizer/rice/ sugar/wheat/dal against single work order and must provide a completed work experience certificate. Partial work order or ongoing work experience certificate will not be accepted in any case. A proven/experience certificate with relevant work order copy must be submitted along with offer. Otherwise, the tender will be considered as non-responsive.
