Eligibility of Tenderer :	Open to all Tenderers, subject to meeting the following Technical and Financial Criteria Technical Criteria The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last three (03) years, with a value of at least BDT 3,45,000/- (Tk. Three Lakh Forty-Five Thousand only). Evidence: Purchase Order/Contract Agreement together with Completion Certificate, Performance Certificate, invoice(s) Financial Criteria The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be BDT 3,45,000/- (Tk. Three Lakh Forty-Five Thousand only) The Tenderer shall submit documentary evidence in support of the availability of such financial resources, including a bank statement and/or credit line certificate issued by any scheduled bank of Bangladesh, duly indicating the available amount in Bangladesh Taka (BDT).
