7. Valid Registration Certificate issued by the Directorate General of Drug Administration (DGDA) or copy of the receipt by the DGDA of the application for registration or renewal.
8. Quality standard: ISO or equivalent certificate for the manufacturing organization and/or CE/ US FDA or equivalent certificate for the specific product
9. Submit 2 Years Audit Report out of last 3 Years (Submit DVC Audit report and The report has to be ICAB authorized)

11. Tenderer must be submitted Samples (all items) to the PE Office prior to the opening of tenders.

i) Attested specimen signature, Copy of NID and photo of the tender must be submitted.

ii) RJSC Certificate in case of limited Companies.

iii) Updated Notarized Declaration starting that the institution is not non-bankrupt and not-blacklisted anywhere.

iv) Tenderer Shall Submit the Sample of all items and the receipt copy of submitted sample list shall be uploded with other documents of e-Gp System.

v) Production capacity certificate from manufacturer end

The Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents:

1. Updated Trade License with Payment slip and Trade License must be Identical to the related works.

4. Latest Business Profile of the Tenderer including registered address must be submitted.

6. Registration Certificate issued by the Directorate General of Drug Administration (DGDA) or copy of the receipt by the DGDA of the application for registration
7. Quality standard: ISO/BSTI or equivalent certificate for the manufacturing organization and/or CE/ US FDA or equivalent certificate for the specific product
8. Tenderer must submit previous 03 (three) years Audit report. Among these, the Audit Reports for at least 2 (two) years must include a Document Verification Code (DVC) for to verification in the system.
9. If a bidder submits an abnormal bid, he will have to submit evidence in this favor. At the same time, a pledge has to be submitted along with the PE to deliver the goods at the specified time and at the specified price while maintaining the quality at that price.

13. Update BIN certificate, VAT Honor Card, Last 3-months VAT return with Vat online verification copy (E-mail copies will not be accepted.) and VAT Honor card for the financial year 2026-2027.

The Mandatory Note must be followed:
a. To avoid unwanted situations, it is requested to take enough time to submit tender documents without waiting till the last time
b. Submitted documents will be checked online or by direct mailing with authority. In case of submission of any fraudulent document or if the attached papers verification report does not reach in time, necessary action will be taken as per rule
c. Tenderers shall upload only one file for each qualification document. The uploaded file name must be relevant to and clearly identify the corresponding document
d. The Tenderer must submit a valid Bank Solvency Certificate issued in favor of the Procuring Entity (PE).
