Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Tenderer :	1. The Tenderer shall have at least 5 (Five) years’ general experience in supplying Goods and related services, counted backward from the IFT publication date in the e-GP System. 2. The minimum specific experience of the Tenderer as Supplier shall be at least one (1) contract satisfactorily completed within the last five (5) years, with a minimum contract value of BDT 80,00,000 (Taka Eighty Lakh), involving integrated office fit-out/renovation substantially comprising furniture and interior works with installation, together with at least one specialist component among electrical, sanitary/plumbing, air-conditioning or data/networking. 3. The Tenderer shall demonstrate adequate supply and execution capacity, including access to suitable personnel, installation teams, tools/equipment, logistics and technical resources for coordinated execution of interior/beautification, furniture, electrical, sanitary/plumbing, air-conditioning and data/networking components. Specialist activities under the proposed Contract may be performed through eligible subcontractor(s), if disclosed under ITT 15 and Form e-PG3D-3 and within the permitted subcontracting limit. 4. Minimum liquid assets, working capital or unconditional credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments, shall be BDT 1,00,00,000 (One Crore). 5. The Tenderer shall submit a valid Trade Licence, TIN/e-TIN, Income Tax Return Acknowledgement/evidence required by the TDS, and VAT/BIN Registration. 6. The Tenderer shall not be debarred, suspended, bankrupt or otherwise legally ineligible for public procurement. 7. The Tenderer shall comply with all other qualification requirements and submit documents specified in the ITT, TDS, Technical Specifications and Tender Forms.
Brief Description of Goods and Related Service :	Name of Tender: Procurement of Furniture along with Beautification of PMCU Office The procurement comprises supply, delivery, transportation, handling, installation, fitting/fixing, testing and commissioning, where applicable, for the complete furnishing and beautification/fit-out of the PMCU Office, including interior/beautification items, office furniture, electrical goods and accessories, sanitary/plumbing goods and fittings, air-conditioning equipment, data/networking/WLAN equipment, and all associated accessories and Related Services, complete in accordance with the Technical Specifications, Drawings, Price Schedules, Schedule of Requirements and Conditions of Contract.
