The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor, Subcontractor, or Management Contractor in construction works shall comprise at least 01 (one) contract of a similar nature, complexity, and construction technology, successfully completed within the last 10 (Ten) years [counted backward from the date of publication].

To qualify as a contract of similar nature and technology, the contract shall have a value of at least Tk. 200.00 (Two Hundred) Lakh and shall directly involve at least one of the following core activities:

(a) Replacement or installation of bridge bearing pads, including temporary propping and jacking of the bridge girders to lift the bridge superstructure and facilitate the works; or

(b) Retrofitting or strengthening of bridge girders or piers using micro-concrete or CFRP, involving temporary support, propping, lifting, jacking, or other temporary works associated with the bridge components.

The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 400.00 (Four Hundred) Lakh over the best Five [5] financial years in the last Ten [10] financial years.
