As Per ITT (Section-02)

The Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents:
1. NID of the Tenderer
2. Valid Trade Licence: It must be IT related.
3. Income Tax Clearance
4. e-Tin certificate
5. Valid VAT Registration Certificate
6. Summary:

The clause lists the mandatory documents that must be submitted electronically as part of a tender application. List of Required Submissions:

a) Updated affidavit proving legal capacity to contract.

b) Declaration of no conflict of interest.
c) Letter promising the tenderer has not been declared ineligible for corrupt or fraudulent practices.
d) Letter promising the tenderer has not been barred from public procurement.
e) Updated affidavit confirming the tenderer is not bankrupt.
f) Documents proving country of origin.
g) Bank undertaking letter for a line of credit or proof of other assets.
h) One copy of a passport-sized colored photo.
i) Documents supporting experience criteria.

Important Note:
"All the Documents Must be Attested by any Gazetted Officer in case of xerox copies."This means every photocopied document requires an attestation stamp and signature from a Gazetted Officer.
