Eligibility of Tenderer :	1) Updated trade license, BIN, Tax certificate. 2) The tenderer shall have general working experience (completion certificate from users) of at least 5(five) years. 3) A satisfactory completion of similar works i.e Repair and Maintenance work of 230/132kV or 132/33 kV Power Transformer or Transformer Manufacturing/Assembeling, Deassembling (with fault finding & troubleshooting )Work order value of minimum Tk. 30.00 lac under maximum 1(one) contract over a period of last 5 (five) years in Power Grid or goverment owned electrical organization or company. 4) The average annual turnover shall be greater than Tk. 50.00 lac in the 5 (five) years. 5) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 20.00 lac. 6) As per TDS, PCC
