1. Updated Trade License, updated Tax Payment related document, VAT Registration Certificate (13 Digit BIN).
2. Municipality No Objection Certificate or Copy of application for Municipality No Objection Certificate
3. Agreement executed between the Municipality and the organization or Copy of application for agreement
4. National ID card of the organization's proprietor/head
5. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in contracting industries in public sector as Prime Service Provider/Sub Contractor shall be Nine (9) Months.
6. The minimum specific experience as a Service Provider (Prime or Sub Contractor) in providing physical service of at least ONE contract of similar nature and complexity completed over a period of 5 (Five) years with a value of at least of BDT 1000000 (Ten Lacs) shall be required.
7. The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least of the amount of BDT 1000000 (Ten Lacs) over the last three financial years.
8. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be BDT 410000.
