a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in public sector as Prime Contractor/Sub Contractor/Management Contractor shall be 10 years.
b) The tenderer must have successful completion experience on (i) supply of AMR meter in a single procurement amounting not less than Tk 80 lakh; and (ii) successful completion experience on operation, maintenance & support services of AMR Software, Server & AMR meters in a single procurement amounting not less than Tk 1000 lakh during the last 10 years in Govt./Semi Govt/Autonomous bodies.
c) The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least of the amount of Tk 530 Lakh over the best three years in the last five financial years and minimum tender capacity shall be Tk 1150 lakh.
d) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment shall be Tk 250 lakh.
e) Up-to-date trade license, Income Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, Valid ABC category electrical contractors and supervisory license, Radio Equipment Importer and Vendor Enlistment Certificate from BTRC, Valid ISO 9001:2015 Certificate of tenderer have to be submitted.
f) Manufacturer’s authorization letter for AMR meter along with brochure, technical data sheet, catalogue etc.
g) The meter should be compatible with existing software installed in BEPZA (existing software Hexing Version v2.3.0.0-RELEASE). The cotractor shall have to obtain and maintain a written document/contract from the principal vendor of installed AMR meter/software (Existing AMR meter/software manufacturer or any other software provider that support the existing/said AMR system) for the contract period and have to submit along with tender.
