Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Consultant :	Tenderers shall have the legal capacity (not barred by Public Procurement Act or any other law(s) to sign the contract) to enter into the Contract under the Applicable law. Tenderers shall be enrolled in the relevant professional or trade organisations registered in Bangladesh. Tenderers shall have fulfilled its obligations to pay taxes and social security contributions, if any, under the provisions of laws and regulations of their own country. Tenderers are not currently restrained due to suspension or debarred from participating in Public Procurement on grounds of fundamental breach of contract under any Contract. Tenderers shall not be insolvent, be in receivership, be bankrupt, be in the process of bankruptcy, be not temporarily barred from undertaking business and it shall not be the subject of legal proceedings for any of the foregoing. Tenderers shall have the up-to-date valid license(s), issued by the corresponding competent authority, as specified in the TDS.
Brief Description of assignment :	Training Support for per program (69 nos Programme-Food/accommodation, Venue , Decoration, Sound System, multimedia per day,Bag, Stationery, Sanitizer, Mask etc. per participants)
Experience, Resources and delivery capacity required :	Updated Trade License of FY 2026-27 TIN Certificate with proof of Income Tax Return Submission of Assessment Year 2024-2025 & 2025-2026 BIN Certificate with proof of VAT Submission of FY 2025-26 The required reports on the financial standing, such as profit and loss statements and audited balance sheet shall be for the past 2 (two) years (2023-2024 & 2024-2025 or 2024-2025 & 2025-2026 if audited). The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in contracting industries in public sector as Prime Service Provider shall be 05 years The minimum specific experience as a Service Provider (Prime) in providing physical service of at least ONE contract of similar nature (only event management-related service) completed over a period of 03 years with a value of at least of BDT 01.00 Crore (One Crore) shall be required. The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least of the amount of BDT 80 (Eighty) Lakh over the last two financial years. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be BDT 80 (Eighty) Lakh.
