1. The Tenderer shall submit copies of valid and updated National ID Card (of authorized signatory), Trade License, TIN Certificate, Acknowledgement slip issued by the competent income tax authority as a proof of submission of income tax return for the Assessment Year 2025-2026 and e-VAT/VAT Registration Certificate.
2. The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be at least 02 (Two) years (Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System).
3. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of Similar Goods of at least 1 (One) Contract successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years with a value of at least BDT 20,00,000.00 (Twenty Lakh).
4. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderer shall be Tk 25,00,000.00 (Twenty Five Lakh) only.
