1) The tenderer must be a Supplier, Contractor and manufacturer or authorized agent of foreign manufacturer having Valid trade license, VAT Registration Certificate, BIN, IRC, TIN, Income tax clearance certificate and ISO 9001:2015 (or updated certificate).
2) The manufacturer is required to hold a valid industrial license, an environmental clearance certificate from the Department of Environment (DoE), Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.
3) The tenderer must have experience of manufacturing /supplying of similar goods and related service.
4) The tenderer must submit two 1-meter samples of HDPE pipe. Each sample needs to be clearly marked with the manufacturer's name, trademark, pipe diameter (in mm), pressure rating, and the date and time of manufacturing. The receipt of sample submission and own factory test report must be submitted/uploaded with their proposal/bid. The test report should confirm the requirements as described in the tender document.
5) The manufacturer's minimum production capacity is 100 meters per day for 400/250 mm diameter HDPE pipe.
