1) The Service Provider shall complete all activities in accordance with the quantities, specifications, requirements, and conditions stipulated in the Activity Schedule of the Tender.
2) Protection relay testing and comissioning: All protection functions of the relays shall be tested, and the relay settings shall be verified against the approved protection relay coordination study and approved drawing)
3) Circuit breaker (VCB, ACB, SF6 etc.) testing : Complete electrical and mechanical testing of the circuit breaker using a suitable circuit breaker analyzer to assess its operational condition and performance.
4) Electrical testing of Transformer and associated BUS bar :On site routine testing of transformer and associated BUS bar as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge
5) The Service Provider shall strictly comply with all applicable safety standards, rules, and regulations and shall take all necessary precautions to ensure workplace safety. The Service Provider shall indemnify and hold the Employer harmless against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or resulting from the Service Provider’s negligence, acts, or omissions in connection with the execution of the work.

8) Tenderers are strongly encouraged to visit the plant site before submitting their bids to gain a clear understanding of the scope, nature, site conditions, and complexity of the works.
