1. Review all available KMZ files, route maps, and relevant Cathodic Protection (CP) records before commencing the survey.
2. Mobilize all necessary personnel, equipment, instruments, vehicles, and accessories required for conducting the ACVG Survey.
3. Carry out ACVG (Alternating Current Voltage Gradient) Survey along the entire length of the designated pipeline(s) to identify and locate coating defects.
4. Determine the relative severity of each coating defect and record the GPS coordinates of all identified defect locations.
5. Mark all detected coating defect locations on-site using durable paint or other approved methods.
6. Prepare a comprehensive survey database including pipeline chainage, GPS coordinates, defect severity, photographs, and field observations.
7. Submit survey results in both hard copy and editable soft copy, including:8 Provide the survey data in GIS-compatible digital format (KML/Shape File) for integration with the Company's GIS database.
9. Re-survey any section, if required by the Engineer, due to doubtful or inconsistent survey results, at no additional cost.
10. Ensure compliance with all applicable safety requirements, Company regulations, and relevant international standards throughout the survey period.
