1. Tenderers shall have up to date valid ABC category Electrical Supervisory License of Individual(s)/firm(s) from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board.
2. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 3 (Three) years.
3. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 1(One) contract(s) of [Supply & installation of Area Lighting/Street lighting works of similar nature, complexity, methods & construction technology as state in section 7.0 of tender document] successfully completed within the last 20 (Twenty) years with a value of at least 30.00 (Thirty) Lakh (Years counting backwards from the date of publication of IFT in CPTU website).
4. The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk. 90.00 (Ninety) Lac over the last 3 (Three) financial years or best 3 (Three) years in the last 5 (five) financial years.
5. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 37.00 (Thirty-Seven) Lac.
6. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk. 35.00 (Thirty-Five) Lac.
