1. The tenderer must be the IBM Authorized Partner/Distributor/Reseller.

2. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the delivery, installation, testing, commissioning, implementation, maintenance of server and computer hardware with related services as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be Five (5) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.

3. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor works in Repair and Maintenance of IBM Servers (Power and X Series), IBM SAN Storage, IBM SAN Switch, IBM Tape library with related devices at least one(1) contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last five(5) years, each with a value of at least Tk 25,00,000.00 (Twenty Five Lac).

4. The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 10,00,000.00 (Ten Lac) over the last Three (03) financial years.

5. The required audit reports on the financial standing, such as profit and loss statements and balance sheet shall be for the past two years.

6. Other qualification criteria, terms and conditions are mentioned as per TDS.

Maintenance of different IBM Server, SAN storage, SAN Switch, Tape library with related accessories for 03 (three) years.
