The Tenderer Must submit with its Tender the following additional documents:(If ePG3 Format is necessary then bidder should submit the documents by following the format)
1. valid updated Trade License.
2. E-TIN
3. Updated Income tax certificate/Return Submission Acknowlege Slip
4. National ID card and Authorisation Related Documents.
5. VAT Registration Certificate (BIN)
6. If it is a limited company registered with the Registrar of the Joint Stock Companies, it must submit Company Certificate of Incorporation, Memorandum, Article of Association and Latest form xii.
7. The bidder should have the following Engineers &Technical Persons to perform the contract: -
Database Administrator : Minimum 02(Two)
System Administrator : Minimum 02(two)
Engineer for Server : Minimum 02(Two)
Network Engineer : Minimum 02(two)
CV along with supported documents must be submitted for above all persons.
8.The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 05 (five) years.
9. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods at least Three Crore Fifteen Lakh (BDT 3,15,000,00.00) which shall be substantiated by submission of attested copies to completion certificate mentioning amount along with work-order/contract and performance/Acceptance certificates
10.The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them [Four Crore Tewelve Lakh(BDT 41200000.00)].Documents must be submitted as per PPR 2025 format.(ePG3)
11. 05 (Five) years Audit reports must include DVC.
12. MAL/F for all the items listed in Price Schedule except 4th and 5th year AMC
