Eligibility of Consultant :	This Invitation for Tender is open to the Related Supply & Service providers of Bangladesh that have following experiences: The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in contracting industries in public sector as Prime Service Provider/Sub Contractor shall be 03(three) years. The minimum specific experience as a Internet Service Provider (ISP) of at least ONE contract of similar nature and complexity completed over a period of 05 (Five) years with a value of at least of BDT 8,00,000.00.00 (Eight Lakh) shall be required. The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least of the amount of BDT 3,50,000.00 (Three Lakh Fifty Thousand) over the last three financial years. Tenders are not allowed to form Joint Ventures to participate in this tendering process. Any other requirements mentioned in Tender Data Sheet(TDS).
