This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer shall be 5 (Five) years.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 1 (One) number contract(s) of Civil, sanitary & Electrical works in building successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 25.00 (Twenty Five) Lakh.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than 20.00 (Twenty) Lakh over the last 5 (Five) years. Payment certificate for contracts (only Government/Autonomous Organization) in progress or completed must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover or completed under public sector during last 5 (five) years must be submitted along with the tender in support of average annual construction turnover. In JV works, JV share must be declared, otherwise the certificate will be rejected and tenderer will be treated as non-responsive.
4. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be 30.00 (Thirty) Lakh must be in the original stadard format.
5. The minimum tender capacity shall be: 25.00 (Twenty Five) Lakh.
6. The intending tenderers must enclose up-to date Trade License, TIN certificate, BIN certificate, ABC Electrical and Supervisory License from office of the Chief Electric Inspector.
All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
