Eligibility of Tenderer :	1.The tenderer shall have a minimum of 03 (three) years of general experience. 2.The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in civil construction/civil maintenance/roadside or riverside work under public sector of at least 1 contract(s) of successfully completed within the last 3 years, each with a value of at least Tk. [16.00] lac.Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. 3.The required average annual turnover shall be greater than Tk 50.0 Lac over the period of last 03 years. 4.The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tender shall be Tk. 22.00 lac 5. The tenderer shall complete the work within a maximum period of 90 (ninety) days from the date of contract signing. Failure to adhere to this maintenance work may result in the imposition of liquidated damages as per the tender terms. 6. As per Tender Document (ITT,TDS,GCC,PCC).
