Tenderer should have valid Trade license, VAT certificate, TIN certificate and Tax Assessment Certificate/Pay slip (2023-2024) or Newer.
The tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 (Five) years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services.
Tenderers from all countries except Israel are eligible.
Manufacturer authorization is not required.
The satisfactory completion of the supply of similar Goods of minimum BDT. 4,00,000.00 (Taka Four Lac only). under a maximum 1(One) contract in the last 3 (Three) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is BDT. 4,00,000.00 (Taka Four Lac only). This should be supported by a bank certificate issued not before six months from the date of tender opening.
Special Instruction:
Tenderer must submit 10% performance security for a period of warranty period plus six months. Warranty period starts from the final certificate given by head of department/ End users of goods.
In case of credit line, the Specific Format attached in Section: 6 (drawing), must be used.
FAILURE TO SUBMIT ANY REQUIRED DOCUMENT IN ON-LINE MODE (e-GP) WILL MAKE THE BIDDER NON-RESPONSIVE
