As per TDS & ITT
1.The minimum specific experience (Supply of LED lamp & spare ) in supply of similar Goods of at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last [05] years, with a value of at least TK. 91,00,000.00
2. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be TK : 1,15,00,000.00

4. ISO QMS: ISO Quality Management System
5. Articles of Association & Memorandum of Association
6. BIDA: Bangladesh Investment Development Authority
7. BIN: Business Identification Number
8. Certificate of Incorporation
9. ECC: Environmental Clearance Certificate
10. ERC: Export Registration Certificate
11. Fire Safety License Certificate
12. Form XII: Particulars of Directors, Manager and Managing Agents
13. IRC: Import Registration Certificate
14. Schedule Form X-I
15. TIN: Taxpayer Identification Number
16. Factory Trade License
17. Trade License
18. VAT Registration Certificate: Value Added Tax Registration Certificate
19. All materials will have to delivered at a time.One lamp from item no 1,2,3 & 4 will be send to KUET/BUET for Technical Specifications; Contractor will pay the Cost for Test. Lamps with Satisfactory test report will be accepted otherwise all supplied lamps should be Rejected.
20. The Contractor have to supply (for item no 1,2,3 & 4 ) 5% lamps as an extra for security purpose. If the damaged quantity within the Security period does not exceed the extra amount; no additional QNTY will be demand in the time of security release.
