1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 years.[Years counting backward from the date of IFT]
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 01 (One) contract of PA/Sound System/ Audio/ Video Conference Systems/ Stage lighting system for Auditorium or Multipurpose Hall successfully completed within the last 05 years, with a value of at least Tk. 80,00,000.00 (Eighty Lac).
3. Valid Up to date ABC Electrical Contractor’s License along with a valid Electrical Supervisor’s License.
4. Valid Up to date IRC (Import Registration Certificate) Certificate.
5. Valid Manufacturer’s Authorization Letter from the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) as specified in the Technical Specification.
6. Original Datasheet as specified in the Technical Specification.
7. Site visit is mandatory in presence of PE or PE’s representative.
8. Meet all other required qualifications, special terms & conditions of the tender as mentioned in the ITT, GCC & Tender data sheet (TDS) & Tender documents.
9. VAT shall be deducted from the contractor's bill using the current NBR rate.
