(b) The Tenderers must submit up to date contractors ABC license issued from Electrical Licensing Board . (c) The Tenderers must submit up to date ABC supervisor’s License issued from Electrical Licensing Board . (d) The Tenderers must submit up to date Proof of Submission of Return (PSR) (e) The Tenderers must submit up to date VAT Registration Certificate (f)The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 9 lac (g) Tenderer must have necessary equipment earth tester, AVO meter, Chainpully, Tripod and others to complete the work. (h) Tenderer must have skilled manpower i.e. site engineer, supervisor & technician.
