(b) The tenderer must submit up to date electro-mechanical enlistment license issued by Dhaka WASA/PWD/WDB/PDB or any government organization. (c) The tenderer must submit Up to date ABC Contractor's License issued from Electrical Licensing Board. (d) The tenderer must submit Up to date ABC Supervisor's License issued from Electrical Licensing Board. (e) The tenderer must submit Up to date PSR (Proof of submission of return), Year: 2024-25. (f) The tenderer must submit VAT Registration certificate. (g) The tenderer must submit experience certificate of similar types of works. (h) The Contractor must have essential equipment for the work (Earth tester, Magger, AVO meter, Clip-on meter, Tri-Poid, Electric & mechanical chain pulley, tool box and other necessary tools)and transport (own/rented) proof of which must be submitted (i Tenderer must submit documents of skilled manpower i.e. site engineer, supervisor & technician etc. (j) All other terms & conditions stated in Tender Documents (TDS and PCC). (k)The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 12 lac
