(b) The Tenderers must submit up to date contractors ABC license issued from Electrical Licensing Board . (c) The Tenderers must submit up to date ABC supervisor’s License issued from Electrical Licensing Board . (d) The Tenderers must submit up to date Proof of Submission of Return (PSR) 2024-2025 (e) The Tenderers must submit up to date VAT Registration Certificate (f)The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 9 lac (g) Tenderer must have necessary equipment earth tester, AVO meter, Chainpully, Tripod and others to complete the work. (h) Tenderer must have skilled manpower i.e. site engineer, supervisor & technician.
