2.The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital credit line(s) or Bank solvency or net of other contractual commitments is Tk.10,00,000TK (Ten Lac Taka) Only
3.The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum Tk.8,50,000TK (Eight Lac Fifty Thousand Taka) Only under maximum One contracts with any government, semi-government, or autonomous organization in the last 5(Five) of years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.

6.The bid must be submitted including VAT and tax(20%).
7.VAT and Income Tax will be deducted 20% (Fifteen percent) from submitted Bill as per latest rule of NBR
8. The authority will issue a check after deducting VAT and tax from the submitted bill as per the latest rules.
9.The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject all Tenders/Proposals / Pre-Qualifications / EOIs any time
